Chattanooga artists will be partnered with artists in Hamm, Germany for the second year of Cultural Cross Ties. Exploring the art of conversation and collaborative art-making in a two-month series of virtual meetings, artists will create new work while considering issues we face as a global community.

Application closes September 1st, 2023. Artists will be notified by July 15th. Project start dates will be determined by artist pair's availability.
