Forever Bluegrass presents David Parmley and the Cardinal Tradition

We’re back with a Forever Bluegrass Sunday Matinee!

If you don’t know by now that you can count on Forever Bluegrass for top notch traditional bluegrass, you can start right here with this historic band. The Bluegrass Cardinals were formed in 1974 by Don Parmley, David’s dad, and David was the 15-year-old whiz kid in the band. After leaving the Cardinals to dad in 1992, David was a founding member of Continental Divide. He and Don recorded an acclaimed album with Del, Ronnie and Rob McCoury, called Families of Tradition.

The Cardinal Tradition was formed in 2015 as a return to the sounds that made the original band one of the top bluegrass bands in the world for two decades. This one will be a blast!
