WHO and WHAT IS CoMAP?

Each project will feature a rotating cast of professional musicians, local artists from other genres creating design and production elements to enhance the live performances.  Learning opportunities and programming to feature Young Artists from the Chattanooga area.  We wish to share chamber music that we love and feel passionate about and discover new ways to explore presentations and interpretations of chamber works in intimate settings.

Choose Thurs/Fri, General/Student

CoPAC – Contemporary Performing Arts Center and Barking Legs Theatre will be our umbrella organization and home.  Each project will be incubated and performed at Barking Legs.  Growing our family of supporters lies in our ability to communicate and source ideas, reveal the artistic processes and seek connections among our collaborators and audiences alike. Together we dream it, articulate it, build it, and share it!

  • House Concerts are a wonderful way to build connections. We work hard to put together performances and seek opportunities to perform each concert multiple times.  Our goal is to perform each program at least three time.
  • Hosting a dress rehearsal
  • Commissioning new works by local artists: including composers, graphic artists, filmmakers
  • Become a concert sponsor
